Aluminum Intake Manifold - UTA Formula SAE Race cars
Worked as a captain of three engineers team to design, 3D model, simulate, manufacture, and test Aluminum Intake Manifold for UTA FASE Race cars.

"Perfection is achieved, not when there is nothing more to add,
but when there is nothing left to take away."
-Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
3D modeled, tested/simulated, and furnished shop drawings to fabricate (3’x1’- 100 lbs.) L-Bracket with stiffeners for 100 SF 8’’ library foundation support as per the civil/structural specifications. Procured Materials schedule and Project Managed throughout Installation and Service.
Collaborated with team of three engineers to learn developing outer shells of 5-DOF Robotic Arms Assembly. Operated 3D printers to build the prototype model and several other gigs.
Worked as a Prime Contractor and coordinated with Subcontractors and Tesla's Construction Management team to successfully complete half a million $ concrete demolition project. Coordinated to mitigate issues like heavy equipment shortage, equipment access, security access, and scheduling. Maintained OSHA standards while performing the job.
3D Modeled a new design of privacy screen for the park concession stand, procured the BOM, coordinated with vendors for procurement of the materials, oversaw the fabrication and installation. The new design was focused on three main characteristics: Constructability, serviceability, and Aesthetics.
Worked in a group of three to use CAD knowledge to 3D model a working assembly of five or more parts and bring the model to life by any means of fabrication method. Fun Project!
We, group of three peers decided to take a challenge and decided to make a classic buzz wire game a little bit more interesting for our intro to engineering project.
